Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Sometimes hormones changes such as birth control pills, PMS can cause your breast to be sore.  Also, injury to the breast or cysts can cause this. If the pain continues longer then a week, you should see your doctor and explain what is happening.
