I'm seventeen years old and currently my period is two weeks late. Before you think low of me, I haven't had sex. I swear, I've never even had a boyfriend. There are hardly any guys I even talk to. My period was due about two weeks ago but it hasn't come yet and I'm a little worried. I definitely know that I'm NOT pregnant but I'm concerned that there is something else wrong with me. Does anyone know what it could be?

It can be very stressful when periods are late and pretty confusing too. Changes in timing, flow, duration and other factors are very common, especially for women in their teens and 20's.

Please read the article and decide if you need to see your doctor to get more answers about your delayed period or if you are comfortable waiting it out for another week or so.
