Why is the pain doctor taking my pain medication down I have spinal Stenosis

I am on ox 30 six a day and doctor says dea is making them take our medication down to four a day. This is not right I cannot function with out my medication

By "ox", do you mean Oxycontin? This is a very strong narcotic drug that many doctors are concerned about due to it's addictive nature. There is strong pressure in the medical field to lower dosages and find alternative methods to ease pain.
You need to talk to your doctor about your lowered dosage. There may be other ways to manage your pain, including physical therapy.
