Hi Anonymous
Were the 4 pills the inactive pills that you normally take during your period?
Any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy. But if you have been on the pill for a while and the sex was during your period during the time when the pills are inactive your risk is low. We get a lot of questions on this topic: https://www.empowher.com/condition/menstrual-cycle
Your safest bet is to always use birth control, and if you don't take your pills you should use a backup method of contraception such as condoms. It is not worth the worry and stress, let alone the risk of unwanted pregnancy.
Good luck to you.
