my cycle came on on. 8/27/12 and the next one 09/25/12

Hi netta1520,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Not all cycles will be the same exact day.  The menstrual cycle is from Day 1 of bleeding to Day 1 of the next time of bleeding. The average cycle is 28 days, it is normal to have a cycle that is shorter or longer. Things that can cause changes in a cycle:  Stress, medications, weight,  exercise and many other conditions.
