Find yourself! I don't mean a find yourself in a backpacking trip through Europe. No, I mean find what makes you happy. Surprisingly you will find its the little things that make can make your day a bit more happier and rewarding. Perhaps fresh flowers on the kitchen table, a soak in the tub, a peaceful walk,gardening, reading a book, sitting in a quiet room, etc. The point is to make yourself FEEL GOOD with yourself in mind! It is so hard to slow down in a fast paced society and with the addition of children many of us can't remember what a bath is (at least with the bathroom door shut or the absence of pounding and calling from the other side of the door). The goal is to find peaceful time to reflect (not ponder or worry)- Just Reflect and Relax. Additional help in relieving stress can be found with others in any situation that you maybe faced with such, as a stay at home mom insanity :), working mom, busy single women, dating problems, health problem related, etc. Finding others to relate to can be very comforting as wells as making YOU time. Be consistant with doing something for yourself that you can say you truly enjoy-peacefully. AND of course remember to take deep breaths! Less stress (even for a few minutes)will lead to a healthy you * mind and body!

Isn't it funny how just taking a deep breath can break tension and stress!
A boring day at work was brightened up when someone's baby (the mom brought her in for a visit) suddenly squealed out, causing heads to pop into the aisle in surprise. I guess it was the baby's way to "just breathe," haha! It was funny, and such a nice way to have the silence broken. I find nothing makes me happier than a child's laugh.
