I have tried everything from black cohosh, Estroven and even accupuncture but it did not stem hot flashes. I notice that eating sugars or carbohydrates spikes hot flashes so I have cut back on this. At night the flashes really disrupt my sleep so I have found Z-quil which is mild and non-habit forming, really helps me get a good night sleep. i only take half the recommended dose yet I am able to get the rest I need.

notice less hot flashes.

I get three hours a night and it isn't good for my work. would like some suggestions. have tried black cohorst. not working...I heard of Ambrien and did not get the phone number for it.
