At one time my cholesterol was 271. I am 55yr. old, do not smoke or drink alcohol. At 5'6" I weigh 115 lb. with a BMI of 18.2%. Removing all dairy from my diet because of my lactose intolerance, didn't make much difference. Making my own salad dressing helped some. This last blood test was shocking. My cholesterol dropped to 209. The only difference in my diet in the last year was my use of cinnamon. I started mixing it with peanut butter and honey, and added my raisin bran to it before pouring on the soy milk. I was astounded! Then I began hearing stories of others adding cinnamon to their diet to lower cholesterol.
Anyone else care to share your cinnamon story?

Hi Susan,
I have heard about using Cinnamon to help lower cholesterol but do not have a personal story to share. Good for you for improving your health with such a small change such as cinnamon. Hope others share their success stories with you!
