Day 21, 35% Waning Gibbous
Mood: Accepting – Letting It Be
With my period 8 days away I began to feel premenstrual tensions today, and things seemed to get a little stagnated around me. My breaths were shallower, my moods lower, and my body a little fatigued.
Knowing my monthly cycles, I know now is the time for me to pay extra attention to my stress level, to take it easier and just let things be.
Diet: I started taking Easy and Wonderer Plus pills (http://www.cycleharmony.com/store?view=article), a well-known Chinese herbal formula that eases the emotional and physical symptoms of PMS. It’s been helpful for me during the premenstrual time.
Exercise: Gonna to go to a Zuma class to get my energy circulating. Sweat and movement sound really good right now.

You're absolutely right Danielle. I've learned so much about my body and myself along the way. It's such a rewarding journey...

Cycleharmony,
Thanks for reminding us how important it is to get to know, and listen to our bodies! Being more aware of our cycle and understanding our bodily changes makes it so much easier to work with our bodies instead of against them!
Best,
Danielle.
