I have figured out that I need to take my supplements later in the day & I will not get nauseous. Also, I realized that it is MUCH EASIER to take psyllium husk powder and ground flaxseed when you put it in cranberry sauce (A POST-THANKSGIVING DISCOVERY!!). Also, lost one pound from last week.
