My story...hmmm...I will make it brief since I can ramble! I started working out at 26. I was 40 pounds overweight. Lost weight...lost too much weight...gained weight...battled with myself mentally until I realized I like me...inside and out. Fitness and becoming healthy changed my life and I now have the capability of helping others...achieve their goals as well as possibly saving someone from going through all I put myself through....
I am passionate about life...about helping people...about fitness and nutrition and overall health....and everything which pertains to it!

Hey Therese, thanks for sharing your story. Weight battles are tough and I think you addressed a great point here in liking yourself. Can you help other women make the same realization? How did you get to that point?
