Week two of my six week trial of the Nike Training Club app starts today. I'd love to report that I've lost pounds or inches or that I have been forced into a smaller size of pants, but alas, I cannot. However, it's not because the app isn't working for me. I am just working against me.
I spent 4 days of the last 7 in beautiful San Diego attending the BlogHer '11 conference. It was an amazing experience but I didn't eat well at all. I mean...at all! I missed meals, "snacked" on Dove bars and Twizzlers, and helped myself to more then a few deliciously frozen calorie-laden drinks at the many open bars. Though I did two zumba classes, ran the BlogHer 5K and walked a lot (my hotel was 1 mile away from the conference center) the eating I did left me feeling sluggish and bloated.
I was able to use the app 4 times this week for the quick 15 minute "Get Focused" workouts for abs and butt however that wasn't enough. I realize I need to up my Nike Training Club quotient for next week if I really want to get any results. The thing I love about this app is that I can use it anywhere. I tapped into it in my hotel room and in very little space was able to get a good workout. I also use it in my living room among the toys and "kid clutter". I don't have all the fancy equipment but it doesn't matter. You don't need any of that to use this program.
GOALS FOR WEEK 2
This week I am upping the cardio part of my workouts in addition to the NTC activities. I am challenging myself to do four sweat-inducing cardio sessions as well as six NTC workouts (15 minutes). I am a little worried about finding time to do it all but I just have to make a goal and try as hard as I can to achieve it. Nothing good for you is ever easy, right? Next week maybe I can report some good news on the skinny jeans front. Wish me luck!
The Nike Training Club App is a full-body functional training app designed for you to make yourself whatever you want to be. Whether you’re looking to get lean, toned, or strong, NTC takes every workout to the next level. Download it here.

Only One word to characterize such a great post “WOW” that was a very interesting read and i think a Nike Air Max pas cher is necessary in some case
