Hi everybody
I would like to bring to your attention a very safe and effective way to lose weight.
The diet programme is called CLEAN9 it's a nutritionally balanced weight loss programme. 2 days of detox start the programme, plus 7 days of nutritionally controlled dieting. I personally lost 7 pou8nds in 9 days, I have many friends who used the programme and lost on average around 12 pounds. It really depends on how much excess weight you are carrying, to determine your weight loss.
This diet programme is totally safe, the Aloe Vera gives you all the nutrients and vitamins your bodies needs, Bee Pollen is also gives your energy.
The programme can be extended into a 30 day regime, once completed you should not go back to your old eating habits. This programme also educates you, to eat correctly, exercise and generally feel good.

I tried a detox diet that utilized Aloe Vera, and I think it is important to also let woman know potential side effects of these "diets", which can include unpleasant changes in bowel movements.
I'll be curious to learn if you are able to maintain your quick weight loss, as many of these "too good to be true" diets are, well, too good to be true. Healthy eating habits need to be learned and sustained throughout the life span, and not for a quickie 7-30 day "weight loss" regimen. Is exercise also recommended on this diet?
Anyways, as with any product, please note that this is a buyer beware promotion!

Great, thanks for the upate. Unfortunately, I am allergic to bees and cannot take the Bee Pollen. Would there be a substitute for energy?

Thank you for the share. This is very interesting and I wasn't aware of the necessary nutrients that you obtain from Aloe Vera and Bee Pollen. Can people that have bee allergies take Bee Pollen?

Hi
If you have allergic reaction to bee products, you unfortunately will not be able to take Bee Pollen.
The diet programme will work without this product.
Pure Aloe Vera Gel has 75 nutrients and 20 plus vitamins and amino acids.
The Aloe has to be pure, stabilised gel, at least 98% content of Aloe.
There is only one company that produce a stabilised Aloe Vera , Foreverliving products. They own 85% of the worlds Aloe Plants.

Janet
