Are Tests For Diabetes The Same For Traditional And Naturopathic Doctors? - Dr. Oberg (VIDEO)

Dr. Oberg, a naturopathic doctor, shares if she gives women the same tests to determine if they are diabetic as traditional doctors.

Dr. Oberg:
It depends on the state, whether the woman is in a state where naturopathic physicians are licensed, but the test to diagnose diabetes is a simple blood test looking for what their blood sugar level is or looking at the average of blood sugar which we call the hemoglobin A1C, but yes, in most states naturopathic physicians would diagnose it in exactly the same way.
