Sometimes when we think about healthy exercise, we can make things more complicated than they need to be. Walking is such a simple way to keep healthy, we may tend to take it for granted and lose sight of its value at times.

No equipment is needed in order to go for a walk. You don't need to sign up for a course, and you can do it on your own whenever you choose. You can set your own direction and your own pace. If one speed is too fast, slow down. Too slow? Increase your pace to whatever is comfortable and enjoy your walk. If you're doing it right you might even forget that you're exercising at all.

"Strolling is not only one of essentially the most effortless workouts that is usually done, it truly is also one of probably the most successful. If you can somehow find the time to put inside a half hour every single day inside the mornings plus a half hour from the evenings, your health will be drastically changed inside a months time. Give it a try, you’ve got nothing to lose but some fat."
