I discovered the power of Qigong during my marital separation. I thought I would die of stress and heart break, but Qigong got me through it. Now I use my background as an Occupational Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner integrated with my training as a Qigong instructor to bring Therapeutic Qigong to people all over the world via remote consultations and workshops. With Qigong you don’t have to choose from among the countless choices of Stress-Balancing techniques. They are already integrated parts of the practice.
