Am I Pregnant after Unprotected Sex Join this Group

Could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex and took postinor 2 tablets after 48 hours. I swallowed the two tablets at once. I was expecting my period 2 days after I took the medicine. Usually my breasts become swollen 2 or 3 days to my period. This didn't happen but I started bleeding 3 days later. Since then I have been having experiencing pains in my stomach walls. Could I be pregnant?
