Am I Pregnant after Unprotected Sex Join this Group

Hello,
I had sex multiple times during my fertile week. I noticed my nipples were tender the day of ovulation or before(which is normal) but has lasted a week now(not normal). The first few days they were VERY sensitive but it isn't as bad. Now i mostly feel it when i wake up in the morning. I have checked my cervical position and it hasn't dropped. Could these be signs of pregnancy? I haven't had any of the other symptoms. I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative, maybe it is still to early to tell bc my period isn't do for another week. This waiting period is killing me, seem like its the longest 2weeks of my life..LOL.. Thanks in advance.
