Am I Pregnant after Unprotected Sex Join this Group

Three weeks after her period, we had sex with withdrawal method. I wasn't even near climax when i pulled it out and ended it through masturbation for at least 3 minutes. 18 hours later, she took 4 tablets of Nordette and 4 tablets again 12 hours later. 6 days from taking the pills, she bled heavily for 3 days with clots and these string like things. Now, 3 weeks since we had sex, we took a HPT and it came out negative. She's very irregular in her periods btw. Is it safe to say she's not pregnant?
