I've been driving my 2016 Grand Cherokee for a few years now and it's been generally reliable, but recently I've noticed a few little things that are starting to bug me – a slight clunk from the front suspension, some vibration at idle, and the AC doesn't seem as cold as it used to be. I've always taken it to the dealership for peace of mind, but the last couple of services have been eye-wateringly expensive, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm paying a premium for the same work I could get done elsewhere for a lot less. A friend of mine who drives a Wrangler mentioned that he switched to a workshop in the Musaffah industrial area and hasn't looked back, saying they use genuine parts and actually take the time to explain what's going on with the car. I've looked into it and there's a place that does Jeep Service Mussafah in Abu Dhabi, but I'm always a bit nervous about trusting a new garage, especially with something like the suspension or AC that needs proper diagnostic work. Has anyone here made the switch from dealer to independent and been happy with the service? I'm particularly interested in whether they do a thorough job on things like coolant flushes, brake inspections, and differential oil changes, because I know those are often overlooked at cheaper places . Any honest feedback would be a huge help before I make a decision. Cheers.
