I'm a mother of 2 who nursed both of her children and support the moms around me to do the same as much as they are able. Dispelling Bobby traps and restoring the lost tradition of breastfeeding as an integral part of parenting.

Hi! I breastfed my daughter for a year and at times felt uncomfortable out in public doing so. I also had some difficulties in the beginning with flat nipples.
It amazes me that our society can get past the sexualization of the human breast and see it for its natural purpose, to provide food and nourishment. Hopefully with our next one I can be more confident and self assured because I would like to nurse for a longer period in the future. Thanks for listening!
Hi! I'm a mom of a 15 month old little girl who is still nursing! I think you're totally right, a lot of people think totally wrong things about breastfeeding! I'm so glad to join your group!

Well welcome ladies. I guess this isn't exactly the most hopping place, but I will respond if anyone posts.
So Mama hood, fwiw generally any flat nipple problems are resolved by the first nursling breaking the adhesions in the nipples and next tome it isn't an issue.
