How do we get legitimate nutrition information?
Hi all - It seems like we keep getting mixed messages about which foods are the best for someone trying to prevent cancer and those who are living with it. There are even reports saying fruits and vegetables aren't as healthy as once believed. I continually get information about some new "super food" that's highly recommended, and there's generally some type of product purchase link nearby. How can we get some honest answers about the best nutritional options? If you know of websites, books, classes, etc, it would be very helpful.
