I was recommended supplements by my wellness doctor to help with deficiencies noted in a complete blood test. I take vitamin D, B12, a multi-vitamin, and one to help improve auto-immunity. I usually have at least a couple sinus infections each year. Since starting the supplements, I have not had a single sinus infection, and it's been close to six months! As explained by the doctor, the quality of supplements is a key element to success in using them. Not getting sick is enough to make me a believer.
