Many times when you are watching what you eat, you're trying to lose or maintain your weight. How do you keep those hard-lost pounds from creeping back? Well, we're here to support you, but there's also an abundant supply of other resources online. Here is an article about that I thought may interest the group:

Hey! Great post. Although I don't use any sites to track weight loss b/c I'm just trying to maintain my weight I LOVE mapmyrun.com. It's a great resource for runners or people who like to stay active while outside. Map my run tracks your mileage, and it tells you how many calories you expended per run. You can also save your runs to turn back to at a later date and it helps give you ideas for new routes to take while on your run. If you are looking to cover a certain mileage you can easily track it through the website. My boyfriend and I use it all the time. You can see an example of one of my runs that I posted on my website(link deleted by EmpowHER Moderator). It's a great tool we've used as we train for the Philadelphia half-marathon in September! For me it's also great because I never get bored running the same route over and over again! I run somewhere new everytime.
