It's Monday...what did you eat this past weekend? Isn't it so hard to "eat right" over the weekend? What do you do to try and keep within your healthful eating boundaries? Or do you take the weekends off from exercise and nutrition?
I generally take weekends off when it comes to diet but try to be pretty disciplined during the week. I may eat that piece of birthday on the weekends or go for that extra piece of bread. I read that's not the best way to eat, but I'm trying. What are others doing?
