Has anyone had any luck on finding natural remedies for your digestive issues? I've found that eating a clean diet with minimally processed foods can really help, depending on the severity of your digestive issues. As a firm believer in moderation, I think that it's okay not to be so strict all the time. However, reaching for that sugary, dairy frappuccino or piece of chocolate cake may result in consequences.
Any other tips on naturally controlling digestive issues?

Another thing that may help with digestive issues, is probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria in your digestive system, and are often recommended for those on antibiotics, to put the good bacteria back in your system. Probiotics can be found in yogurt or other sources, or taken as a supplement. When choosing a probiotic supplement, consider a probiotic with a prebiotic (food for a probiotic). This will help the good bacteria live in your system longer.
