I've found that eating a clean diet with minimally processed foods can really help, depending on the severity of your digestive issues. As a firm believer in moderation, I think that it's okay not to be so strict all the time. However, reaching for that sugary, dairy frappuccino or piece of chocolate cake may result in consequences.
