So over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been getting persistent calls from Kirschner Law, PC. They leave voicemails but no real details, just a callback number. I looked them up and it seems they are a firm that handles debt collection litigation for creditors.

I’m not even 100% sure what debt this is referring to yet. Has anyone else dealt with them? Are they aggressive or willing to work out a payment plan? I’m worried this might be heading toward a lawsuit if I ignore it.

Also, I found a page that breaks down who they are and what your rights are when dealing with them (linked below). Apparently, they have to follow federal debt collection laws, and not every threat they make is legal. Thinking about consulting someone if the calls don’t stop.
