Sex as exercise - many health benefits
Wow, a recent article in Women's Health, and then here on EmpowHER outlined the many benefits of sex for your health.
Some of the benefits include reduced stress, better sleep, less pain (such as headache), less colds, a healthy glow, more toned muscles, lighter periods and decreased cramps.
As a single gal, I can honestly say that I do miss the regular intimate contact with my ex, but now I feel like I'm missing out on more than just the intimacy! Maybe I'll have to double up on the gym to make sure to burn those extra calories and reduce stress. I'm hoping though, the hot yoga might help with the healthy glow :)
