Who else is using this method for health and/or weight loss?
I've been looking on the web for a forum about this book but can not find one. I would just love to chat with others who are using the book and its ideas to see how anyone else is faring.
I'm really enjoying the lifestyle and diet suggested, and am finally losing weight steadily after doing 'all the right things' since last December and struggling to lose just ounces over several weeks!
Hoping to meet up with others who share my excitement over this.
