Have the men in your life experienced 'male menopause'?

By HERWriter Guide September 2, 2010 - 1:43pm

Officially known as Andropause, the male version of menopause sees a decrease of testosterone, loss of hair, depression, weight gain and erectile dysfunction. However, jokes about middle-aged divorces, toupees, Corvettes and hot young blonde women abound.

But on a more serious note, you can read more on andropause here, and how to deal with it if you feel your partner may be going through this: https://www.empowher.com/sex-amp-relationships/content/does-male-menopause-exist

But reading some blogs and chat boards, many people think andropause is not a male menopause at all- it's merely a sign of getting older and an 'excuse' for taking less responsibility in life and trying to reclaim the glory days of youth.

What do you think?
