Right Exercise for My Body
I try to weight train 2 to 3 times a week focusing on different areas of my body. I've read many different things about lifting only 1 muscle group at a time, such as, back/bi or chest/tri. Is it OK to do a full upper-body workout once or twice a week? I don't see the harm in it especially because I do low weight and high reps, but I could be wrong.
