Open letter: Beyond WDDTY (What Doctors Don't Tell You), Lynne McTaggart, Bryan ...
5/28/14
Dear Ms McTaggart, Mr. Hubbard, Mr. Kamp, and/or whomever else this may concerns:
Know this isn't the first time and/or last time that I have bought this up. Well, at the first it was positive, but now is more negative. Especially, dealing with your customer service dept over this past yr. I found thats it easier just to cancelled my subscription and get refund from you. Basically, to me I can go elsewhere for all of this, it being free as well, and beyond.
Think thats it for now.
Thank you, again, in advance.
Yours truly,
Jessica A Bruno (waybeyondfedup)
Back with a response from them and my response back to them. At the same time did also tweeted them via their twitter account and put a dispute claim via my bank account. Because of the amount of time its taking in order to get process over with and beyond.
Thanks for your message and apologies for the delay in response. It looks like the payment has processed, so I just wanted to double-check you wanted to cancel. Because of the confusion, I can extend your subscription by a few months if you decided you'd like to keep the magazine.
Thanx, but no thanx. Because I claimed to the conclusion that WDDTY wasn't what I was looking for. Especially, with its customer service being the way it is. In which I have found that I can the info from other sources and especially the free ones.
