Open letter, responses, and updates: PNC Bank, Financial Group, Credit Card Services

These are from what I posted on PNC Bank Facebook Page regarding all of this.


Dear Whomever this may concerns:

Have to say that I'm more and more beyond fed up with how you do business at PNC Bank. I thought you were the opposite of it when I 1st open my account (virtual) with you (2008). I converted into just free basic checking and etc. It turns out you aren't and it seems to me you are like my old bank (Bank of America) as well. Especially, whenever I contracted you via your website. In which I'm really starting to consider again of switching banks and which I really don't want to. Well, at this point in time.

We'd like to help with the trouble you've experienced Jessica. When you get a chance, please send us a private message with more information or you phone number along with a time to call and we'll get back with you to discuss. Thanks

Thanx, but no thanx because have gone this route so many. With mixed results and trying to sell me stuff in which I have already figured its not good on my end. But good on your end. At the same time if I do get the same response from you with this response, I'm going be sharing all of this on my blog, facebook pages/forums that I belong to, and etc. Because PNC is just like my old bank in a way and in which was really hoping for. When I 1st signed up in which they were for a time, but not anymore.

Back again with a question that I have just asked on Yahoo Answers regarding this.

Has anyone here have experience using/ed Ally Bank/Financial Services and if so what is it like compared to the competition? Basically, I'm looking into all of my other options regarding this, if I do really need to switch. In which I'm still really hoping to avoid because I really don't want to go through process again unless if I have. Hopefully, in much better circumstances then what these/those circumstance were.

Back again to let you know that I have decided to go ahead to open up accounts with Ally, earlier today. Basically, the the accounts are as follows high interest checking and online savings. At the moment I'm still waiting to hear back from PNC regarding my account with them. In which I have yet to decide if I will keep PNC one open or just close it. So, I will then use Ally for everything.

Back again because I have finally heard back from them. They helped me, but to me it wasn't enough in my eyes. Basically, they said it wasn't their fault because they received them in the forms of debit from whomever I wrote it to or when I dated them. They only could reverse the overdraft fees that occurred and not anything else. At the same time they couldn't promise reversing anything else in the future regarding all this. Again, in which I'm way beyond fed with all this.

Back again with another update regarding all of this.

Basically, just received a letter from them regarding the telephone conversation that they considered to be addressed to my satisfaction. In which I'm totally disagreement with this because it wasn't resolved in my favor, spl (spelling), but their favor, spl.

At the same time I'm still waiting to hear back from concerning my last inquire to them. In which I sent a wk ago prior to the telephone conversation.
