Once you open it, you may save it to your computer. I strongly suggest researching what each tests is for, and once you know which tests apply to you, you can tweek the worksheet for your own specific testing. Some tests will only apply to those with Grave's Disease, or some tests may only apply to those with Hashimoto's disease. The first three tests will apply to anyone with thyroid disease.

It truely amazes me that many people are not even aware if their hypothyroidism is caused by Hashimoto's, but more amazing that many doctors feel it isn't required knowledge. Well, if you had thyroid disease, wouldn't you want to know if it is caused by an auto-immune disease? Seeing as one in 9 women has an autoimmune disease and can be fairly common to then get another autoimmune disease on top of that!

Bottom line, know your condition, and know your options. This is your health, and no one will take it as serious as you!
