I'm curious of anyone else has experienced what I am going through? 8 months into menopause, I started BHRT (bio-identical hormone replacement therapy) and started my menstrual cycles again. After a year on BHRT, and a few months of the hcg diet, and then doing daily B12 injections for a study at a nearby clinic, I woke up one day with such an increase in libido that it almost ruined my marriage! Of course NOW, my husband is delighted. After 30 years of marriage and sex 2-3x a week for 15 minutes in which I had great orgasms, we are now having sex 1-4 times a DAY for an hour or more and I hardly ever have orgasms. I am thoroughly enjoying our intimate encounters, but totally puzzled as to why I can't seem to achieve orgasm as easily as I used to.

I'm asking myself if I'd go back to the "vanilla" sex with the great orgasms, or if I'd rather stay with the mind-blowing, lingering, luscious sexual sessions without the frequent orgasms?
