Alright, training for marathon #2 started this week!!! Lauren, a fellow EmpowHER employee, and myself signed up for the Rock n' Roll Marathon San Diego on June 5th. I'm excited to get back into the swing of things, but already into day #4 I've got blisters on the inside of my feet. Does anyone have any advice about how to treat blisters and how to prevent them!? I have a long run coming up on Saturday and the last thing I want to worry about is painful blisters!
