The death of a spouse is incredibly difficult - at any age. Each stage of life brings it's own set of issues with the death of a husband or wife but the grief, sorrow, anger and fear remain the same.

Widows helping widows through their journey through the grief process, I facilitate a weekly support group in Tempe Arizona and San Diego California, I am a young 49 year old who became a widow at the age of 47, I have read 20 books on grief and losing a spouse.... I hope to help others in their journey ...
