Just wondering if you have advice on how to manage exercise and food intake when you're a busy bee? Time is valuable and sometimes, it seems to be worth it more investing it into work or school. I am on break right now but I will be going back to school in several weeks and I'm a little nervous about time, diet and exercise.
Any guidance is greately appreciated! :)
Just like you plan your busy day at work or as a student you also have to have a plan to follow if you want to make time to eating healthy. Start by incorporating more fruit into your diet and in between meals. You should have at least two servings of fruit per day. Instead of going for the easy to reach junk food, try and prepare a healthy meal the night before which can be ready for you to eat the next day or two. Hope this helps.
