Ingredients and Preparation

Large banana, halved and cut into ½ inch pieces
Fresh or frozen cranberries¾ cup
Oats¼ cup
Nutmeg½ teaspoon
  1. Directions
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat just until cranberries begin to soften, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
  5. Spoon into bowls and top with low-fat whipped topping, fat-free sour cream or low-fat frozen yogurt, if desired.
