Ingredients and Preparation
|Egg substitute||½ cup|
|Butter, softened||1/3 cup|
|Fat free milk||1/3 cup|
|Bread, cubed||10 slices|
|Crushed pineapple, undrained||2 cans (20 ounces)|
- Mix all ingredients together, except bread.
- Fold in bread gently.
- Pour into 2 -quart unbuttered casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 1 hour. Top with raisins and serve.
