- Directions
- Prepare broiler (on high setting, if applicable). Broil steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 6-9 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Top steaks with shallot-cream sauce and serve.

Sprinkle 2 slices of whole wheat bread with grated Parmesan cheese and toast in a toaster oven or under the broiler until cheese browns. Serve meat and sauce over toast. Sautéed spinach with feta. Heat 2 t olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and cook 1 minute. Add 6 c washed spinach and cook until wilted, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in ¼ c crumbled feta cheese and serve.

Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and cook 1 minute. Add 6 cups washed spinach and cook until wilted, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese and serve.
