Ingredients and Preparation

Fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit1 cup
Low-fat, vanilla yogurt (4 ounces) ½ cup
Apple juice concentrate1 tablespoon
 Grape Nuts  
  1. Directions
  2. Place fruit, yogurt, and apple juice concentrate in blender. Whirl until well-blended. The smoothie will be thick.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Garnish with Grape Nuts if desired.
