Ingredients and Preparation

Medium pineapple, peeled1
Medium limes, peeled and seeded2
Sugar2 tablespoons
Club soda or sparkling water3 cups
  1. Directions
  2. Extract juice from the pineapple and limes, using a juicer or juice extractor.
  3. Mix juices and sugar; refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the club soda or sparkling water and serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
