Ingredients and Preparation

Chili powder ½ teaspoon
Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Chicken breast tenders½ pound
Canola oil 2 teaspoons
Barbecue sauce¼ cup
  1. Directions
  2. Prepare indoor or outdoor grill.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Place chicken tenders on a plate and coat with 2 teaspoons canola oil. Then rub with spice mixture.
  5. Grill chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with barbecue sauce.
