Well, being raped is hard. But, the aftermath is even worst since explaining what happened to you is horrible and re-living through the experience is almost unbareable. So, what do you do? Well, depending on who you are, these are some methods. Please feel free to post some of your own. 1) talking to someone you turst ( even though you at this point don't turst anyone; there has to be atleast one person there for you. 2) Joining a support group (you find support and can share you story or your feelings to others like you 3) Accepting what happened; to move on this is the most important step. Well, those are my top 3 methods for coping but please tell me what you guys think. -E
