Ingredients and Preparation

Small bananas, peeled4
Low-fat plain yogurt1 cup
Vanilla1 teaspoon
Cinnamon½ teaspoon
Nutmeg1/8 teaspoon
Ice cubes1 cup
  1. Directions
  2. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor. Process until thick and creamy.
  3. With motor running, add ice cubes. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
