| Peanut sauce | 3 tablespoons |
| Hoisin sauce | 1 tablespoon |

| Large, crispy lettuce leaves (butter or iceberg work well) | 6 |
- Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté 2-3 minutes, or until slightly softened. Add turkey and sauté 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Stir in peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in scallions and bell pepper. Season with salt.
- Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce “wraps,” wrap, and enjoy.
