Daytime voids- How many times did you go to the bathroom during waking hours? Accidents- How many times were you unable to make it to the bathroom on time? Nighttime voids- How many times did you wake up to use the bathroom during sleeping hours? Urgency- How urgent was your need to rush to the bathroom during the day, 0 being no urgency and 4 being severe urgency?
