hi im 39 years old had to have mt fallopian tubes removed and im desperate to have a baby .i cannot afford ivf treatment. i have read that some momen are saying that they have got pregnant without there tubes would love to hear from anyone who has been lucky .i cannot get free ivf as i already have a son .
