I am an information processing worker. Automatic office information systems are designed to process information more efficiently and effectively so as to increase the productivity of office staff and the profitability of the organization. The logic and functions of automated office information systems are reviewed along with the methods and difficulties used in measuring office productivity. Information science can be applied to the economic benefits of official information systems, the magic spells of love , the social and behavioral effects of this new technology, and the planning of government policies as a result of current changes in the environment.
